History

When we started in 2003, we invested most of our time into building and establishing a network across the globe. With just a few hundred workers for a small construction project in Qatar, we served our maiden contract. However, we always stayed within our two-pronged approach to ethical recruiting and training.

We believe the way it helped our first client meet their project timeline, in the same manner, it helps our clients live up to their commitments – even today.

Evolution

Over the past couple of decades, we put efforts into becoming smarter, sharper, and more client-centric. The fact that we are ISO9001:2008 certified proves our efforts in consistently meeting our customers’ requirements and statutory obligations.
In addition to our core strength of a global network, we have harnessed our knowledge of documentation and become 5x efficient in handling and managing compliance processes.

To get our internal operations streamlined, we moved into cloud infrastructure. Today, our international teams take lesser time to access a client’s requirement and work on it, keeping the entire organisation in the loop on a project’s progress.
On top of it, with client input, we transformed our entire training programmes to make them objective and measurable. Whether physical or online, all our training modules help our trainees gain 10x confidence in their professional and soft skills.
Holistically, today, we serve our customers better, quicker, and with near-zero complaints.

Future Plan

Built on the foundation of ethical business practices we have always kept our processes transparent, focused on the welfare of our resources, and pivoted on our customers’ satisfaction. Now, we intend to expand our service geographically.
